Terms & conditions
  1. StudentBoxes remain the property of StudentStore and must be returned empty and clean.
  2. You must take at least one StudentBox; StudentStore storage is only available with StudentBoxes.
  3. Prohibited items (see FAQ) may not be packed. We may refuse or remove any prohibited item.
  4. You are responsible for insuring your goods. StudentStore accepts no liability for goods in transit or in store.
  5. Lost or damaged boxes (beyond normal wear and tear) are charged at R250 per box.
  6. Your card is authorised for the booking amount plus a hold for damage, loss or overstay, released once boxes are returned.
  7. Early or late returns outside the arrival window may carry an extra charge.
  8. Prices are estimates until confirmed by StudentStore on WhatsApp.
